- UK Delivery Only (Physical Items):
All physical items are dispatched within 3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked services. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date stated in the product listing takes precedence over any delivery estimates shown at checkout.
- Digital Items (Worldwide):
Digital products are available for worldwide!
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to make a return, email us at info@georgehowlett.com with your order details.
- Physical Items:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Digital Items:
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure compatibility before purchase. If you encounter any issues with your download or file, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Pre-Order Items
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it becomes available for shipment, the estimated shipping date stated in the product listing takes precedence over any delivery estimates shown at checkout. Should you need to cancel your pre-order, please get in touch before your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it will be covered by our standard returns policy.
